To be grounded is to be whole and complete. To feel comfortable in our body and happy on the Earth. It means we can function normally and communicate openly. We have secure personal boundaries and awareness, yet our soul shines out of our eyes.
This site is for everyone, as we all have times of loneliness, disconnection, and dissasociaton. The site may be particularly useful to you if you get spaced out, get caught up in your thoughts and head a lot, are scattered, are sensitive to different levels of consciousness, or perhaps have been meditating and need to integrate new levels of awareness. In these cases it can really help to work on being grounded. Although people may sometimes be challenged by fatigue, medications, difficult mental states, high stress levels, fluctuating emotions, and overwhelm.. to still practice being grounded to some extent,may be helpful, and even put you on the path to a contended self, and peaceful mind.
