Stand upright on the ground, with your feet hip width apart. Visualise roots going down into the Earth from your feet, and from the base of your body. Picture the roots going all the way down, deep into the Earth. See them connect to a giant crystal at the centre of the Earth. Feel grounded, be in your body, you have a place on the Earth. You belong here.
