Some ways to be more connected to Nature and the Earth:

A stroll in the garden in bare feet, .Standing on a warm rock, or playing in the sand on a beach. Paddling in a stream or in the sea. Feeling the wind in your hair, and the rain on your face.

Spending time with trees can make you feel more part of things.
​
The vibrancy and the stillness of nature reflect our own qualities, of expression and life from an original place of stillness and peace.
Exercising outside. eg. Running, Yoga, Tai Chi, Cycling, and going for a walk in nature.

Going for a picnic.
​
On a sunny day, lying on the grass, arms outstretched, on the Earth.
